We have made the difficult decision to close to new referrals as of the 23rd April 2025 because we will no longer have capacity to see any new clients before 30th June 2025 in which we will no longer be providing NHS Talking Therapies.
NHS Talking Therapies service will continue after the 30th June 2025 with one of the existing providers, Vita Health Group, working in partnership with Everyturn. If you wish to refer yourself into Talking Therapies please visit refer to either Vita Health Group or Everyturn who are both taking referrals up to 30th June 2025. From 1st July you can refer to the new service, Vita Health Group, working in partnership with Everyturn.
We apologise that we cannot continue with the service going forwards and wish you all the best in your recovery journey.

Therapy in person, by phone or online by secure video - it all works equally well but its your choice.
Your first appointment will last 50-60 minutes and will be delivered either face-to-face, by phone or online video.
At that appointment your therapist will discuss the best way to deliver your therapy with you.
Video/Telephone Therapy
Video or telephone therapy works really well if convenience and speed of access is important for you. Over the past year, we have treated 20,000 people using this method and their outcomes have been just as good as in-person therapy. If you opt for video or telephone therapy for your assessment, your treatment will be delivered via this method.
In Person Therapy
If you prefer the in person approach, your therapist will arrange to see you at one of our clinics. In order to keep you and others safe, there will be some simple procedures in place at our clinics, which you and your therapist will follow. These will be explained in your appointment letter, so you will know what you need to do. We have already seen lots people in person, so you can feel confident about doing this.
What happens from 1st July 2025
