Mood Gym


Moodgym is like an interactive self-help book, which helps you to learn and practice skills that can help to prevent and manage symptoms of depression and anxiety. This is tailored specifically for young people (aged 16-25 years).



No More Panic


No More Panic provides information for suffers and carers of people with Panic, Anxiety, Phobias and OCD. It aims to provide information, support and advice. There is information on the website alongside a chat forum.

Triumph Over Phobias (TOP)


A charity specialising in supported self-help, for sufferers of phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and other related anxiety disorders. They have a network of weekly groups, where individuals meet in a warm, supportive environment to tackle their fears, using an evidence-based treatment method.
