Trent PTS provides NHS psychological services (IAPT) across Nottinghamshire. We have ambitious plans to expand our teams to meet continued demand. We currently have teams in the city centre who work in dedicated psychotherapy centres providing all IAPT approved treatment modalities and are closely aligned to GP practices and university health services. All our teams are expanding but in addition we are opening two further treatment centres in Bilborough.  Bilborough being close to the M1 and north of Bramcote close to the A610 that goes out towards North Derbyshire.

These will be new teams drawn together from existing staff and new staff that we now wish to recruit. It’s a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team establishing its presence within the surrounding community but also supporting a wider catchment areas through digital technologies and skype type interventions. All therapists have a dedicated room.

Trent PTS is singularly focused on achieving remarkable outcomes for our local populations. We are an organisation that is dynamic and agile and dedicated to making our staff reach and exceed their potential. We have an active continuing professional development programme that we are reviewing and are keen to further increase its emphasis on clinical skills development. Clinical supervision and supervisor groups are at the centre of our clinical governance process, along with partnership developments and creating pathways for vulnerable populations. In the near future we will be developing a leadership programme. As a company we are focused on psychological care, four out of six of our board have a psychological therapies background. We care about the profession and are dedicated to advancing practice.

We have posts for counsellors, Interpersonal and CBT therapists and PWPs across the service but Bilborough might be of interest to those looking for something that straddles both Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. If you want to know more, contact Dean Repper, Clinical Director on
