The Role

Following a review of our operating model we are looking to appoint a talented and highly experienced HR professional to lead our HR team and act as a key business partner to the Board of Trent PTS.

This is a great opportunity for you to be part of a dynamic team looking to shape, develop and enhance the HR agenda.  You will report to the Managing Director of Trent PTS and importantly, you will be a key member of our Board, delivering against jointly agreed objectives which will drive the HR contribution to our business.

The role will suit individuals who not only can lead traditional HR functions but also those passionate about developing cultures and improving organisations through their people.
