For many people suffering from anxiety, phobias, low mood and a range of other problems, attending a Psychological Therapy group course can give you the tools to recover and regain control. Many people find that tackling their problems themselves with guidance from a therapist produces faster and better results rather than seeing a therapist who leads the treatment. Small group based courses are particularly useful if confidence problems have become an issue. The group courses we offer not only enable you to tackle your problems, but help improve confidence in a safe and supportive setting with others who are experiencing something similar and who understand.

If you would like to attend one of our groups please complete the online self referral form or call our office on 01332 265659 or 0115 896 3160.  You will then be booked in for a short telephone call with one of our therapists to assess your needs. They will then advise the best course available that suits your requirement and when the next dates are available. If you are happy they will proceed to book you into the group and send you confirmation of booking.
